WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. BUYERS BEWARE— DISHONEST & DECEIVING. Howard does not abide by real estate disclosure laws. I entered into contract for a home where he was the listing agent. The inspection revealed multiple significant structural issues to the house including damages to the roof and stucco. The inspection revealed that work had previously been started however it was never adequately completed. After learning this information, Howard claimed that neither he nor the seller were aware of these issues although the home inspection revealed otherwise. There were thousands and thousands of dollars in damages to this house and I needed to back out of the contract and lost my $$$ for inspection and valuable time. This house has since been placed back on the market without any such notification to potential buyers. REAL ESTATE LAW REQUIRES THAT AGENTS DISCLOSE THIS TYPE OF MATERIAL INFORMATION TO POTENTIAL BUYERS. I trusted Howard to help me with this purchase and he did nothing but lie to me and deceive me. I even asked him to disclose this information on the MLS listing and he would not respond. I believe it it my duty to notify other potential buyers or sellers of this. I would be open to modify or remove this review if only he would respond and cooperate.

Arnauld koszowski he's a professional con man and provocator... my cousin got ripped off by him with his deposit and wanted to manipulate him with the police so he wouldn't pay the deposit... and that’s unfair and unprofessional
